Blue Squircle was born from a simple frustration: delivery teams spend too much time on reporting and admin and not enough time on execution.
After 20 years leading programmes and transformation initiatives at organisations including Barclays, London Stock Exchange Group, Lloyds Banking Group, Capita, and Computacenter, the same problems kept surfacing — fragmented visibility, late risk identification, reporting burden, and weak decision support.

Karl Connor — Founder & CEO
Karl is a Programme & Transformation Director with over 20 years of leadership experience at Barclays, London Stock Exchange Group, Lloyds Banking Group, Capita, and Computacenter. From managing multi-million pound transformation programmes at major financial institutions to building agile delivery teams across consulting and technology, he's seen first-hand what makes delivery succeed — and what causes it to fail.
PRINCE2 certified with extensive SAFe Agile experience, Karl has spent two decades navigating the gap between strategy and execution. The same frustrations kept recurring everywhere: fragmented tools that create more admin than insight, status update fatigue, and programmes that went off-track because no one saw the warning signs early enough. He founded Blue Squircle to solve these problems once and for all.
Blue Squircle is the platform Karl wished he'd had throughout his career. It combines everything he's learned about effective programme delivery with the power of AI — surfacing recorded risks for review, reducing repetitive work, and letting leaders focus on what matters: delivering value.
